I often find that the first swig of wine is unpleasant, mainly because I often find myself being handed a glass not long after I've brushed my teeth; y'know, before guests come round or I've gone to someone's house.

The minty-fresh toothpastiness clashes badly with the grapey twanginess.

I soon get over it though.

Or you're a raging alcoholic who drinks first thing in the morning?

Actually thats quite ironic cos its 7.45am here and Im guzzling vodka!

White Wine - Cloudy Bay. Has to be fresh (not older than 3 years) and served chilled... but it is fantastic when just right.

You have very good taste!
