hi peoples, iv recently got back into weight lifting after roughly six months out, my main target areas are my neck (traps), back, biceps and tri's.
heres the routine im doing at the mo
mon:biceps, triceps
tue:traps, back
wed: rest day
thurs: biceps triceps

does anyone think im not givin my muscle groups long enough too recover before i do them again?
and also when doing traps i do shrugs.. is it right too do the most you can lift when doing these? any info would be a bonus thanks Ty
