you aren't 40%, no way, the average BF for a health (note healthy, not ripped or heavily trained) individual is about 18-20%, id put you close to that

buddy if u train in the gym can u not jus go to one o the fitness instructors and get them to do the caliper test on u, it only takes like 2 mins to do, then that way every 6 weeks u can get it done again and keep tabs on it, instead of posting pics up which is hard to tell from most angles, jus a thought chief. as the lads have already said it is hard to tell jus from lookin and u might get a surprise wen u get it done for real, make sure u get back on here and do post your real results tho.

lol, cant tell from just looking at the belly. besides, from what i have begun to read, a lot o fat can be held in and aornud the organs, so looking at body alone is often not enough.
