maybe your full torso would be a start mate....arms, chest, shoulders etc.....legs would help too and even then it's only gonna be a guess

sorry[:)] i have no idea, im not cutting yet so odnt mind being a bit high, looking at full body in mirror i would say 15-20 but im not sure

The picture at the top of the page is almost certainly not 15-20%. Do not fall into the trap of underestimating the amount of bodyfat you are carrying.

Measured on various apparatus the average result was just under 15%. As said above, do not fall into the trap of underestimating the amount of bodyfat you are carrying. Use the mirror until you are happy with what you see.
