Just to add, I had 1kg in with my order from MP today and it does exactly as it says and is a big inprovement on their normal MPC

This is the best MPC in the world today in our opinion Would never have guessed that It is a very bold statement, however we haven't made that statement lightly and without substance: *Instantised for perfect mixing with a fork (no gritty textture like most other MPC's). *Instantised with sunflower oil extract, not soya. *82% Protein (as-is) *Filtered directly from fresh, pasteurised skimmed milk using the most advanced low temperature ultrafiltration techniques. *Excellent and neutral taste profile. All for only £12.49/kg... MP :)

We feel this is the best protocol for consuming ZMA and a calcium based product pre-bed. Hope that helps. MP :)
