| wizard -> Sprained wrist (Apr. 25 2008 16:49:48) | Guys, i dont know if u remember but i put a post up 2 weeks back saying i injured my wrist. I went hospital and had it looked at and apparantly i didnt break nothing and that i would have known about it if i did, so thank weights and god for that! The doctor said i may have pulled a tendon or a muscle in that area, and that if i had broken it, it would have swollen up like a golf ball. Now its coming to my 2nd week without training with weights and its killing me to gu gym and not lift any, all i have been doing is cardio. My wrist has got better but the pain is kinda still there, im gonna risk it and go gym on sunday and see what it can really do, if it gets worse i should be ok coz im going barcelona for a week on the thursday but if i dont feel a thing, it is onnnnnnnnnn. |
