Guys,

i dont know if u remember but i put a post up 2 weeks back saying i injured my wrist.
I went hospital and had it looked at and apparantly i didnt break nothing and that i would have known about it if i did, so thank weights and god for that!

The doctor said i may have pulled a tendon or a muscle in that area, and that if i had broken it, it would have swollen up like a golf ball.

Now its coming to my 2nd week without training with weights and its killing me to gu gym and not lift any, all i have been doing is cardio.

My wrist has got better but the pain is kinda still there, im gonna risk it and go gym on sunday and see what it can really do, if it gets worse i should be ok coz im going barcelona for a week on the thursday but if i dont feel a thing, it is onnnnnnnnnn.

Its been 4 months with me out of lifting weights because of wrist problems, best advice i can give where i failed is:

1. Take the time out you need

2. Like said above, start off very light

3. Get decent wraps too

Its such a pain in the ass, u get a good routine going and u get injured once u get into it and gains end up stopping.

I am going to take another week out because i tried lifting a dumbell and i couldnt lift it without feeling pain.

I am looking for gloves that come with wrist support but cant really find any except for the ones on My protein, does anyone have these?

ooops

sprained my wrist saturday, got the trusty old tape out and strapped it and did my normal weekly workouts.
blocked out the pain still managed to bench 100kg for 5 reps, bicpes curls etc were ok, bit sore.

i know many will say i'm crazy put i have been plunging my wrist in a bucket of ice water for 5 mins after each session, has now eased up a lot, after 7 days.
