I workout my legs on a Sunday afternoon. This consist of 6 working sets of Squats (reps 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 25) 3 working sets of leg presses (reps 10, 10, 10) Romanian Deadlifts (stiff legged) Hamstring curls Leg extensions 20 mins stretching (only just started thestretching though) Alongside this, I plan on cycling to work Monday to Friday. it's only a mile, but I plan on bombing it for that mile. Is this gonna be too much work on my legs???? Should I just take the ride easy and set out 5 mins earlier??

If you fuel, refuel & rest appropriate i don't see a problem with it.

Looks OK to me... I'd train calfs directly as well personally, I know they are hit on squats but it's not the same IMHO

The squats alone are more than enough! Are you able to walk the day after?!
