im not sure where else to put this. ive been dropping fat for over a month now. everything seemed to be going fine, was looking solid still but less fat.
suddenly i seem to have gone soft. i dont look defined anymore. and my fat has gone all mega wobbly and stretchy.
is this a common occurrence? does it indicate im doing something right/wrong?

I find sometimes my fat feels different. Especially while tying to rid of it.

I always presumed it was the proccess of my body getting rid of it.. i mean, the stuffs been just sat there for ages and i presume to be broken down into energy it has to change somehow. I dont really understand the mechanisms of it though.

This came up recently - general thought was harder visceral fat was first to go, leaving subcutaneous which is less solid.

(yes, I only opened this 'cos I misunderstood the title too!)
