LOL ^^

Yeah he's the guy on the leaflets, got his picture plastered around my FF back home as well on posters and so on. Seems a very harsh way to treat someone who's obviously put a good face on FF.

Does indeed seem a bit harsh to do that..Shops/companies though now have completely lost all sense of pleasing a customer and do pretty much what they want, seem to have forgotten you're paying them for a service and act as if you owe them something (apart from money of course)

Spiderman

I have asked 4 times now but why did you ask about WW classes??????????????????????/

Sorry for not getting back sooner Dawn. I've been out all afternoon. Not avoiding you!

One of my work colleagues had enquired last week if the club hosted WW and I said I didn't know but would ask if I could remember. I had forgotten until I saw the ladies waiting outside the studio which jogged my memory.

I must confess that I did however see a funny/sarcastic side to what I said after I said it. So in fact, seanius was pretty close with what he said.

The General Manager insisted that I had made the comment towards the P.D.I. not the ladies at the studio doors.

I've got to admit Kitty, and meant in the nicest possible way as we have no past animosity with each other whatsoever, but you do come across sometimes as a little quick on the trigger with any issue that can in any way be dubbed as anti-female or anything along those lines. Though I understand exactly the kind of stupid comments on here you are trying to help eradicate, sometimes being too vigilant in my view can actually have worse effect, and may even opened yourself up to people deliberately trying to get a rise out of you!

i agree

Thank you Spiderman. I knew you where off line when I asked for the fourth time but thought you were avoiding it the other three times when you were still on line. You no doubt missed them.

So......is there a WW class there

FWIW I don't see that Kitty has overreacted , and I don't think she is "overenthusiastic" in these matters either - ... but then I would say that (as a fellow mod) wouldn't I ?

Here on MT the nature of the community means we can't allow any kind of alienation of any groups - for obvious reasons , Kitty is simply doing her job and jumping in where some members sense of common decency and courtesy fails

I feel that Kitty gets a raw deal as a female mod , as it looks like she has taken the issues personally , whereas no one would bat an eyelid if I , or one of the other male mods made the same comments

Pole dancing is an excellent core workout and it doesn't have to be sleazy at all.

If it gets people exercising in a fun way then bloody well leave them to it !

I really don't understand why people get irate over what other people chose to do for fitness .. what's it to do with you ?

TBH I think the comment was poorly thought out and their response was OTT. Sorry on both sides would be the best idea.

PMSL Elliot. My hubbie said you need to be careful Elliot or people might think you're gay .

Personally I think you'd make a cracking pole dancer

Perish the thought that somebody might think I was one of those homosexual poofters m'dear! How very very dare they!

I was always good at gymnastics at school, i was always cartwheeling along the balance beam and wrapping my legs round a decent length then yanking myself to the top....

I've only skimmed the thread, but at first glance it seems as if you've been attacked by a member of staff for no reason, and then banned for no reason

Why in god's name are you training at this madhouse? I'd be more inclined to have it firebombed than to train there lol

People actually have poles in their bedroom? Wow. cool

I don't think I'd be able to keep a straight face myself lol ...I get an instant image of that lass in the Dr Dre video for Whats The Difference

But each to their own, if its good exercise etc.
