| larryk -> traps overtraining (Apr. 26 2008 2:19:21) | hi all, i do back & bi's on wed, the back routine consists of lat pull downs, BOBBR or one arm db row, dead lifts and finally shrugs. i think my traps are getting a good hammering here, however on Fridays i do shoulders & tris. i wanted to add a bit of variation into my shoulder wo and was going to add standing bb rows. so my question is would this be too much for my traps every week? current shoulder wo is bb shoulder press, followed by db press or shoulder weights machine. then some sitting/standing lateral raises. |
