hi all,

i do back & bi's on wed, the back routine consists of lat pull downs, BOBBR or one arm db row, dead lifts and finally shrugs. i think my traps are getting a good hammering here, however on Fridays i do shoulders & tris. i wanted to add a bit of variation into my shoulder wo and was going to add standing bb rows.

so my question is would this be too much for my traps every week?

current shoulder wo is bb shoulder press, followed by db press or shoulder weights machine. then some sitting/standing lateral raises.

i only do shrugs once in a blue moon now a days, simply because my traps get a hammering from training my back, deads, aswell as my shoulder workout. Personally feel these cover traps enough not to isolate them.

you are right dude. my delts need alot more work than my traps anyways. will drop the shrugs and go through the shoulder workouts on here to get a workout on here that will leave a huge ball of muscle at the top of each arm
