Ok, well i have not been on here for a while, My last journal kinda went to the dogs a bit.
So, i will start completly from scratch.
About me
i am 26, 5ft 4" and a bit (the bit is VERY important), growing up i had a number of health problems, the main 2 being growth hormone deficiency combined with something i can't pronounce or spell, but has something to do with with my spliena and how my body body coped with growth and weight gain i.e it didn't.
Because of this i have always been short and skinny.
I only weigh 46kg.
I did get up to 9st a few years back but sue to bad advice from a so called friend i injured my self training and was out of it for nearly 9 months and lost all the gains i had put on coz in that time i was having problems at home and at work and got lazy and let my training and diet go.

Short Term Goals
I am currently trying to join the police, i have got through to the fittness which i past everything, but they won't let me any further until i bump up my BMi, so, in short term that is what i am aiming for.

Long term goals
In the long term, i im looking to get up to the 10st mark, i know it is a VERY long way off, but i am determined to do it. And with as little body fat as possible.

Diet

This was taken from www.mealplansite.com
it is a very achievable diet for me as i have a very relaxed job where i can eat when i want.

7.30am......................1 scoop whey protein in water
8.00am breakfast........Large bowl porridge made with 250ml skimmed milk + 2 tsp sugar
2 slices granary bread toasted + olive oil-based spread
serving weight gain drink or MRP
200ml orange juice
10.30am......................2 tuna sandwiches (4 slices granary bread)
Large banana
12.30pm.......................Large chicken breast
200ml fresh vegetable soup
4 slices granary bread + olive oil spread, Salad
Low fat yoghurt
3.00pm.........................6 oatcakes & Tub cottage cheese
7.30pm.........................Lean steak or 2 pork chops
2 medium jacket potatoes or 100g boiled basmati rice
Large serving of vegetables
Low fat yoghurt
10.00pm........................Large bowl wholewheat breakfast cereal + 250ml skimmed milk
11.30pm........................1 scoop whey protein in 150ml skimmed milk
11.30pm bed

on work out days i will scoop of whey in milk pre-workout and weight gain shake post workout
i will also be drinking weight gain shakes through out rest days

Routine
Still actually trying to figure this one out.
i am looking at training 3-4 days a week

Ok, well sorry for the long intro. I will get some starting pics posted soon and will continue to update as i go along.
Please feel free to coment, like i said i am starting completly from scratch and forgetting everything i was told before.

Hi Mate, Good on ya for starting a journal and getting your pics up.

Diet looks good, for a routine you could try "Frankies 5 x 5 " - http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_8817/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm#8817

or check http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_1326/tm.htm for more ideas.

Anyway good luck

Ok, well this is the first day of my new diet and routine. So far it's gone well, i slept in so have less time to eat, but i'm not working till 1.30 this afternoon so i can go to the gym earlier while its quiet and sort my form out properly.
I will keep posted to how rest of it goes today.
