| yiddo -> Cutting diet - knowledgable bros only pls! (Apr. 26 2008 18:19:14) | I am currently attempting to lose Bodyfat. I am also doing very high intensity boxing training 3 times per week and need to have decent energy for this: Training: MON: Boxing TUES: Chest & Back WED: Boxing THURS: Delts, Bis, Tris FRI: Boxing SAT: Legs & Abs SUN: Die quietly on the sofa (The boxing is very high intensity for 60-90 mins and cant really be done on no carbs lol) Diet: 9am: 100g Oats, 50g Whey, 250ml Skim Milk 11:30am: 2 X WMeal Rolls, Chicken, Salad 2pm: Chicken Salad, Cous Cous 3pm: Train (4:30pm if boxing - still wont eat after 2 if boxing tho as i'll be sick, maybe a couple bananas or something) PWO: 100g Oats, 50g Whey, 250ml Skim Milk 6pm: Mince, WMeal Past 8:30pm: Mackeral Salad 11pm: 50g whey, nuts I have been doing SSCV for 30-40 mins 3-4 times EW but I am having to drop this until the beginning of June as I have a huge amount of work on with universoty exams at the mo and it takes up too much time I am away on hols 6th July and want to be in good nick (10-12%) fo then, reckon I must be 18% now easily I have been stiking to this for a month or so and to be honest I look worse than when I started! Another lad who competes has suggested I change my diet, and just wanted some other opinons. I am using AAS whilst dieting and 50mcg T3 as well, and am very worried about losing muscle, do not want this at all! Thanks for reading [:)] |
