I am currently attempting to lose Bodyfat. I am also doing very high intensity boxing training 3 times per week and need to have decent energy for this: Training: MON: Boxing TUES: Chest & Back WED: Boxing THURS: Delts, Bis, Tris FRI: Boxing SAT: Legs & Abs SUN: Die quietly on the sofa (The boxing is very high intensity for 60-90 mins and cant really be done on no carbs lol) Diet: 9am: 100g Oats, 50g Whey, 250ml Skim Milk 11:30am: 2 X WMeal Rolls, Chicken, Salad 2pm: Chicken Salad, Cous Cous 3pm: Train (4:30pm if boxing - still wont eat after 2 if boxing tho as i'll be sick, maybe a couple bananas or something) PWO: 100g Oats, 50g Whey, 250ml Skim Milk 6pm: Mince, WMeal Past 8:30pm: Mackeral Salad 11pm: 50g whey, nuts I have been doing SSCV for 30-40 mins 3-4 times EW but I am having to drop this until the beginning of June as I have a huge amount of work on with universoty exams at the mo and it takes up too much time I am away on hols 6th July and want to be in good nick (10-12%) fo then, reckon I must be 18% now easily I have been stiking to this for a month or so and to be honest I look worse than when I started! Another lad who competes has suggested I change my diet, and just wanted some other opinons. I am using AAS whilst dieting and 50mcg T3 as well, and am very worried about losing muscle, do not want this at all! Thanks for reading

Diet recommendations 9am, fine mate 11:30 am have 1 roll for now 2pm, fine 3pm training: i would drop the carbs from your PWO shake and just have the whey. If youre boxing after weights then during weights drink something like a bottle of lucozade to make sure youre fuelled ready to rock and roll for boxing without making you feel sick due to heavy food sitting on your stomach 6pm, fine mate 11pm, i would get in a protein blend personally but its ok if it works for you i cant advise beyond this as portion sizes will be down to you really. But a closed handful of mixed nuts should suffice for fat intake along with the mackeral you eat

Cheers TIO, I could manage 30 mins SSCV after weights of this would be beneficial Weights and boxing are done on dif days, so its either weights or boxing, not both on same day, I would probably die lol What I mean is weights are done at 3pm, but boxingis done at 4:30pm, but either way the pre-raining meal is at 2pm if you get what I mean

yes mate, the more cardio you get in the better youll be in which case no need for the lucozade at all the rest should stay the same. This should start yielding results for you mate, if not give me a shout in two weeks and ill suggest a few more tweaks for you

This is the diet suggested by a very experienced competitive bodybuilder for me: 8:30am: 30mins SSCV 9am: 100g Oats, 50g Whey, 11:30am: 50g basmati rice, 300g steamed white fish 2pm: 50g basmati rice, 300g steamed white fish 3pm: Train (4:30pm if boxing ) PWO: 50g Oats, 50g Whey, 6pm: 300g steamed whte fish, salad 8:30pm: 300g steamed fish 11pm: 50g whey, nuts I'm not sure I can handle all the fish tho altho it will obviously yield results, What do u guys reckon (James, tio, gaz etc?)

white fish is good on a cut because its fat free isnt as protein dense as chicken so you can have more of it due to this sub it for 2/3 of the amount of chicken/turkey if you want to add some variety in the old diet also its low on omega 3 and tbh looks boring as hell macros look ok but food choices i think could be better, also what works for him may not work for you

Reet well I like to eat pizza, deep fried mars bars and doughnuts...can u help me? I need things that are easy to carry about in a cool box and can be eaten cold. Chicken (i buy ready cooked chicken pieces for iceland for £1 for 185g) hence the chiken sandwiches, mince, anything really. I'm not a fussy eater, but I just dont like eating things that are meant to be a hot meal, cold out of a tupperware box Any suggestions appreciated tho m8y

It might cause you to hold more water. You could alway swap the fish for another meat and supplement with fish oil caps

shouldnt particularily affect fat loss, i used to buy that chicken all the time and eat it all day, i suppose its not too bad if your not having it for every meal, with training like you are you will need more salt than the average guy anyway. i presume your not competing ?

Using nolva exemastane so shouldnt be holding too much. I now it isnt ideal, but I havent the time to sort chiken out any other way, and its only a quid! Iceland do 1Kg frozen chicken breast (cooked and diced) for £3.50. Works out much cheaper than the smaller packs your getting. Will need to double check the salt on it though, but it is good stuff in terms of quality (98% Chicken 2% water) and price.

Whats the pre-cooked and frozen chicken like? Taste ok? I've never tried it but it could be good.
