Starting a cut now after bulking for a while. Did hardly any cardio and ended up putting on too much excess fat, altho did gain muscle aswell. Too many carbs + office job + no cardio basically. So now time for a cut. Stats: Age - 21 Goal - Cut but any muscle built obviously a bonus Weight - 85.7kg Height - 5"8 Job - Office so sedentary 6.15am – ECA stack + 45 mins steady state cardio 7.15am – 100g oats + few table spoons of natural yogurt + 2 scoops whey in water + 2 x 1000mg omega 3 caps 10am – 250ml liquid egg whites in pure orange juice 12pm – 100g chicken breast + large salad + slice of granary bread 3pm - 250ml liquid egg whites + orange juice 6pm – 150g chicken/fish(cod, pilchards, salmon, tuna)/turkey/beef + 75g pasta/potatoes/rice + veg 6.45pm - banana 7pm – train 8.30pm – 2 scoops whey 9.30pm - 50g oats + few table spoons of natural yogurt + 250ml liquid egg whites in pure orange juice 11pm – 150g tuna plus tomatoes/peppers or 150g minced beef + veg + 2 x 1000mg omega 3 caps Drinking about 4 litres of water a day Any opinions on the cutting diet appreciated. Not sure about the 9.30pm meal or if 10pm meal is appropiate for a cut. Any reccmendations, suggestions, changes etc on any parts of the diet?

leave the eca stack alone, you aint even started cutting yet mate. save the ace cards for later looks ok, bit heavy on the LEW which may cost you a bit but if youre happy then i say run it and see how you fare

Cheers for fast reply So save the ECA when the cutting gets a little more difficult? Reason for the LEW is because it's very easy to consume. What else could you reccomend? I used to eat 150g tuna + 2 slices of wholemeal bread but want to cut the carbs out as i don't need them. A meal replacement shake would be ideal here i guess, anything you would reccomend for a cut? I've edited to put omega 3 caps in as forgot about those.

all food is fine for a cut mate, its all about portion sizes and food timing you dont need to go stupidly low carb either, get in the calorie deficit and youll be laughing as for MRP's MP's or All-in-1 should do

I have some flax seed powder here that needs using up, anywhere you would reccomend adding it in? Or could i just put in anywhere? Say 5g in water.

stick 50g of it in your 2 scoops of whey in the morning if youre not eating any oily fish that day
