In the interest of weight loss I've heard very good things about HIIT.

What in your opinion is the best place to do it? I always thought at the gym since it's a nice environment etc, but I dunno how fast I can change from 50% heart rate to all out on a treadmill.

The track or a road etc I guess seems more appropriate where do y'all do it?

the best place for running is probably a 400 meter track , but i have found hill sprints to be the most 'invigorating' shall we say !!

treadmills could be used but i wouldnt bother

rowing machine HIIT is probably the one i would do if i were in a gym

I've just started doing HIIT and feel that running is still too hard. I do a few sprints a week to build it up, but do my sessions on a bike in the gym, which i feel are a bit kinder to my unfit body( looking to start doing more and more outdoors, if this bloody weather changes )
