well done tony you have the physique that 95% of MT members aspire to imo and your not even a bodybuilder havent seen you round the gym much, maybe ill see you lifting the iron more now that your finished.

i still think alot of trainers fook about far too much with excercises and stupid techniques from all sorts of stupid routines they read tony, could you list you average routine please mate, i know what it is, but it might help the 95% of guys on here that want your physique well done mate

This is my current routine although the past 2 years have been solely squats, deadlifts, benchpress, chins amd overheads. Session 1 Sunday Deads Behind neck jerks Fronties Inc Dbells Session 2 Wednesday Powercleans Squats Benchpress Military Press Session 3 Sunday Clean Pulls Jerks from rack Front Squats Incline barbell Session 4 Wednesday P.Clean and jerk Flat Dbell bench Chins All for 5,3,2 or 1s. Its not set in stone though. For example yesterday I did deads, behind neck jerks and benchpress. My diet is also pretty basic 6.30ish Protein drink and lots of coffee 7.30 cardio on off days 10.30ish Chicken sandwich 1.30-2pm chicken sandwich 5ish I have a home cooked meal, try to keep it healthy 6.00ish Gym on Sunday and Wednesday 8 Protein drink 10.30 Protein drink On the weekends I tend to eat tuna and ryvitas instead of chicken sandwiches. I keep everything quite basic, its then very easy to make adjustments to lose or gain.

Tony, you never told me you had 3 chicken sarnies a day FFS!!!!!! £3.40 a fcuking time!!!!!! I've got to re do your sums now

Looking good however,i guess its finding the balance of a cut you can hold for the summer with out driving yourself mad Whats next maintain or add fat free mass slowly?
