BTW why not get your BF properly assessed and get some measurements ,may as well while you in good nick and also it gives you a good platform then if you decide to change your aims later down the line you can have them done again and see if your progressing in the right way, after all youve done the hard work

Looking good however,i guess its finding the balance of a cut you can hold for the summer with out driving yourself mad
Whats next maintain or add fat free mass slowly?

Aim is to get stronger mate, I'd rather have 10kg on my deadlift than 2" on my arms. I could maintain this diet and regime indefinately, its not killing me. I'm not starving myself just tidied up my diet.

Not really bothered about measurements and such mate. I dropped a few pounds more for the whole long term strength plan rather than for asthetic reasons.

If I fancied something junk like I'd have a packet of salt and vinegar snack a jacks.

As I say though I wasn't starving myself and enjoy most of the food I'm eating so there was never really any serious danger of diet meltdown.

Looking very good mate. Sod being a bit weaker - you can't see strength on the beach

It looks like your left trap/lats are more developed than the right. You noticed this?

Not really mate, it may be due to my less than professional posing.

You got any before pics mate, just for comparison?
Nice work though, and very simply done too. Do you have any idea how much strength you have lost? Deadlifts etc...
