got some questions for you tony if thats cool ill presume it is since im in your attention seeking thread: - How long has it taken to get where you are, in terms of training? powerlifting training etc - what sort of numbers can you shift on the bench/military/and rows comfortably? - do you rate chins over rows as a lat exercise/lat builder? - whats your thoughts on good form vs chasing weight

Great progress TONY, good hard work there. I know you're more into the PLing side of weights, but have you considered going into BBing? What was your intitial motivation this time round for the cut? Great condition, and you could compete in 4-5 weeks in BBing mate

BBing isn't really my cup of tea mate, massive respect to those that do it but its not for me. I'm grumpy enough without the addition of very low carb dieting. The motivation for the cut was that I'd simply grown a bit fat. I had good success strength wise from getting lean 2 years ago then indulging in 2 ears of hearty eating. So I thought I'd strip the fat and start all over again. I'm alot stronger this time than my previous lean spell so hopefully I'll see good strength gains again this time round. Sort of a two steps forward one step back approach.

i think you have done very well going from mainly strength trainning to turnning your physique around to look like a bbuilder as you do, the two are miles apart as far as trainning and diet are concerned, your obviously gainning a good directory of knowledge on both imo. difficult thing to do but you have succeded in doing it mate.
