It's such a small muscle group you are targetting (lateral delt), I doubt it really makes much difference really. Just depends on your personal preferance. I like the lateral raise machine because it allows you to go pretty heavy, gives a pretty constant tention throughout the range of motion and puts less stress on the wrists. Great for drop sets and what not too. yep agree, and you get your form perfect because you cant cheat, bu every other week i do use dumbells, to train the lil muscles, for balance etc |
