I use flora atm but that full of crap so i was thinking about permanently using flora light, i need a spead as bread/toast without a spread is dry and tasteless.

If you're not sat-fat-phobic, use Anchor butter. If you are sat-fat-phobic, use an Olive Oil based spread like Bertolli. If you must use Flora, use the Omega-3 one as that has the lowest omega-6:omega-3 ratio.

I use flora extra light or just reduced sugar jam.

i used to put mayo on my pittas all the time, but after the whole mayo thread, started just putting some olive oil instead, tastes even better
