Hi i am just going to start a new training plan to achieve a lean toned physique. I have already posted my diet. This is the plan i was thinking of 3 day plan Day 1 Push day back/biceps Wide grip pulldown close grip pulldown ez bar curl dumbbell curl abs crunch machine Cardio=45 mins Day 2 pull day chest/shoulders/tris incline smith machine bench press seated cable crossovers shoulder press lateral raises tricep pushdown abs crunch machine cardio=45mins day 3 legs leg extensions leg presses leg curls calf raise ab crunch machine cardio=30-45mins Is this to much or to little cardio and is on the cycling bike ok?
