That pretty much sums it up for me.

If you are a pro-bber is the closing stages leading up to a comp and that 0.001% difference counts then fine..... if youa re a reccy bber or just in the early stages of comp prer, it's really of no consequence at all. In fact, the act of worrying about it is going to be more detrimental.

I'm leaning up, can't do my cardio till late in the day after a days eating and I can still lose BF so you certainly can after a splash of milk in the morning

Your not a Pro bodybuilder, your training should fit in around your life not the other way round.

Exactly what I was thinking

Sub optimal or not, I need my tea with milk.

If the results aren't quite as good as they would be without it, then so be it. What matters to me is that I am getting results this way.

If your making results then happy days.

If fat loss stalls and you want to tweak your fat loss approach one of the areas to critique could be what we are all discussing here.

Interesting thread this.

So how much difference would my bacon & mayo sandwich make to my AM cardio? I simply can't do without it

Just comes down to how hardcore you are.

Hardcore my Arse

Doing boring, unfueled AM cardio without my tea with milk isn't hardore, it's lunacy.
