My quest to get abs has began. I am going to be following a few cutup guides to get nice abs and keep my muscle from muscle talk forums and im going to be posting pictures weekly of how my body shape is. Here is my Training Routine

Monday Chest/Triceps/Cardio

Wednesday Back/Biceps/Abs/Cardio

Friday Abs/Triceps/Legs

Saturday Legs/cardio

I like to put cardio in my work outs as my mum wont pay for my gym membership if i dont do some form of cardio...

Im fairly cutup as it is but id realy like a 12 pack.

Comments and criticisms is required, i hope you can refer to me books and nutritional information as i realy realy want abbs (sorry for being a newbie)
