Guys, My current chest day routine looks like this: Dips Standard Bench Press (Barbell) Dumbell Bench Press Flyes However, I really hate flyes. I just don't get on with them. So i want to change to the following: Incline Bench Press (Barbell) Standard Bench Press (Barbell) Dumbell Bench Press Dips Would this be acceptable? I wasn't sure if there was too much bench press work in there. Cheers.

Stick with 3 exercises. Flat Incline Dips Swap Flat / Incline around if you want, one DB, one BB. Nice combination. I cant say I'd see the point in adding in a 4th pressing movement, as triceps would be knackered, and the pec muscle isnt big in comparison to others, so doesnt generally need as much volume.
