If you want to keep 10 sets then do this:

Incline bench 5x8
Flat bench 5x8

Incline bench will target your upper peck.

Will take one or two sessions to find a good weight probs. Incline bench is weaker than flat so bare that in mind before loading up an amount and getting trapped under the bar .

My incline is around 10kg lower than flat bench, others may well be different.

Why do 5 sets of 8?
3 x 8 and 3 different exercises would be better.
Flat bb bench
Inc db bench
Cable flyes
That would be my choice but were all different.

most people who worry about upper chest development...are not at the stage where any of their chest is that well developed.

Unless you can do working sets with 100kg+, I would forget about it and just focus on developing strength and mass. upper chest work will not be noticable.
