I always use Sunday if i want to have a bit of a cheat meal or snacks. But i also end up eating less just can;t really be bothered when lazing about on a sunday and for some reason im just never as hungry. I always make sure i get a decent breakfast though. But i just end up eating less throughout the day. Proabably about half of what i normally do. Would you think there would be any noticable differences with having a fairly low calorie (depending on the cheat meals obviously)/protein intake once a week?

It depends on how low

Why not have an extra couple of whey shakes to compensate?

im the same way on sundays and usually just get breakfast, sunday dinner then add some whey shakes in.
