Hi ive recently got into the whole body building thing, Ive got my own bench with Long bar, dumb bells, weights etc.. See go on it regularly, but i don;t know what the best exercises i need to be doing on it to achieve the goal;s i want. I want to get my chest / Man boobs bigger. Ive been doing butterflies every day for past month or so and i don;t see any difference i know it takes time but how much time? I allso have been working biceps and Triceps, Doing Triceps dips, Curl bar, things like that, Any suggestions on how many sets and reps i need to be doing a day? Also my diet.? IS this a prime thing to weight lifting?, I have lots of Protein and Carbohydrates, I eat 3 pieces of fruit a day as well, Like bananas, apples .. I want to bulk my arms and chest up fast, In other words my upper body, Any help would be really great full Thanks for reading

ok, what are your current stats .. i.e height weight bf ect how many meals are you eating a day .. you need too aim for 5 - 6 1.5 - 2 grams of protien per lb of lean body weight 3000+ calories per day

Im 5,8' , about 10 stone almost about 4 meals a day at the moment, Calories i don't actually count but i have enough i think, i do usually 4X10 sets of my exercises about 5 times a week.

Im 5,8' , about 10 stone almost about 4 meals a day at the moment, Calories i don't actually count but i have enough i think, i do usually 4X10 sets of my exercises about 5 times a week. ok ... count your calories ... aim for around 3000 + a day ! 4 sets of 10 reps 5 times a week is way too much .. if your working out properly with good weight and good form you would only need 3 days a week ... and after 6 weeks you would see a marked difference. 3 sets of 8 is best for hypertrophy ... have the weight high enough that the last rep is nearly impossible .. one important thing ... dont sacrifice form for weight ...
