Hi I'm new to the boards and have been trying to gain weight

Im 5'9
135.2 pounds
6.7% body fat
In the last 4 weeks I have gained 6 pounds I was 129 7.6%

Im trying to get to around 165 and keep the body fat below 10%

My diet Now is

Breakfast: I have 2 cups of granola with a cup of milk
Banna
strawbarries
4 cups Blue berry juice
8 cups milk

Snack.
1 cup ice cream
1 Bannana
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup yogurt
1 apple
1/2 cup oats
2tblspoons whey

Lunch
2 Meatballs
Sauce
2 peices bread with butter
8 cups of milk
1/2 cup cheese
turkey sandwitch
1/4 rasins
1/4 carrots or apples

Snack.
Pretty much the same as earlyer but without the ice cream and another 1/2 cup of oats.

Dinner. 2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup mixed vegtables
1/2 cottage cheese
3 cups of salad

Then I have lots of mixed nut and seed bars I eat all day I probly eat like 3 or 4 cups of mixed nuts and seed bars threwout the day. I might have a snickers sometimes too if I start to feel my sugar low.

I only have dumbells and a bench and a chinup bar so not much to work with but I work out every other day.

Im just looking to be pointed in the right derection maybe and anyone let me know if my deit is dangerous or anything :D Its a bit more mixed up but mostly just fresh fruits thrown in.

Very little protein mate.
Personally at your weight id just eat as much as i could. Thats just my view but at less than 10st id literally just anything that used to have a face and ram down as much carbs as poss too.
Better putting this in the diet section, you will get a better answer.
