Hey guys

Can someone please explain, cos I don't get this- yesterday, I had a day off bulking, and ended up hardly eating all day, until dinner. I then ate a normal meal (standard size for me) and a bit of yogurt and nuts later in the evening, and have now woken up 2 kgs heavier..... don't really understand.....

Since I started bulking, I've gained steadily following a clean bulk diet but have not really increased cals significantly from before I started, and seem to continue to gain on this although still eating average of around 2k a day... what should I do? Keep eating same amount? I want to be able to increase intake, but guess this would increase weight gain? How does gaining on same intake work?

scales arent too reliable, also it depends on when you weighed yourself, i.e. a lot of ppl do it first thing in the morning after pee pee.

if you are gaining on 2000 then carry on, but after a while you will need to increase it again.. weight yourself every 7-14 days imo!

OK cool cheers- I'm just having trouble with not having had to increase cals so far and still keep gaining weight.... but I think I'll just keep going and take ur advice and weigh myself every week or so...
