Hi all, haven't been on for a while. I'v been cutting though, and it's going great BUT: Should I be having carbs before and after I work (work is, everynight at 9:15pm - 10:45pm I try to sing on stage and I do abit of a dance.. if you can call it dancing ) I sweat buckets... don't know if it's through the lights, cardio of dancing, pressure or adrenaline... or whatever but should I be having a small about of carbs before and after... after I come off stage I'm normally really really wanting to eat but force myself to go to bed. I normally do am cardio empty then go to the gym about 4pm having carbs pre and post (obviously eating protein and veg throughout the day). they are pretty much the only carbs I have,, breakfast and pre and post workout meals with carbs, pwo meal is normally around 6. I normally have some chicken and veg about 8:30 and get home to bed for 11:30... any ideas lads? cheers singing_lad
