Is there an easier way to establish this? Atm I'm doing alot of cardio running. And I'm just loosing weight rapidly.

I slowly managed to build upto 13st 2 and 23% body fat.. But I really want to drop the BF right down but keep my weight the best I can!.

In the last week I've lost 6lb and 1.5% body fat so I'm getting kind of worried that I'm loosing too much!

I really think I should be walking maybe instead or running?
Alot of the time I can't get there early so I'm doing it like 6pm, Does walking still have the same effect or should I keep doing what I'm doing?

Cheers Guys

You can only really minimise the lose of muscle mass to be honest with you.
Keep protien intake high, keep weight training and keep with what your doing.
Your going to lose some muscle size if your in deficiency of calories but its a case of minimising just how much.

In terms of the cardio your doing, keep it to 30-40 mins at 120-140 bpm heart rate, this ensures your body is burning optimal fat.
Keep cracking on with it and learn how your body reacts to it all, tweek bits here n there if and when required. My advice would be to do what you feel is working, look in the mirror and see whats going on!

That doesn't make sense.

You currently have 42lb of fat, and if you lose half of that you'll be 21lb lighter!

are you a beginner? If so then you can do that but you wont be able to lose 20 lbs of fat and replace it with 20 lbs of muscle. And if your losing weight that fast then you certainly will be losing muscle as well. Try and lose 1lb a week.
