If you're running low carbs, you might just be flatter mate, not fatter

Back~

Close grip pulldowns, 1 huge drop set which pulled lats out nicely.

Wideish grip low cable rows, again 1 big drop set to failure. The overhand wide grip hit lats higher than normal "triangle" grip seems to do.

Suppourted T-Bar, 2 plates x 6 reps then 1 plate to failure.

37.k dbell shrugs done twice to failure

Barbell curls 35k did about 8 reps then 3 forced negatives

20 mins fast walking on treadmill then stretching.

Going to do the weekly weigh in a minute, hopefully will be below 16st for 1st time this year!

Thanked him for his help then went straight into 32.5k dbell presses for about 6-7 reps

Straight into 20k dbell flyes with no spot this time

Some light cable crossovers which really hit the spot then Tricep extensions and pushdowns with the stack on one side of crossover station.

20 mins fast walk then stretching.

Thought todays session would be awful due to me spending most of Saturday in the sun and then going out for a quiet drink and ending up in bed with a girl from work who seemed to be particuarly keen to sink her fangs into me at every oppourtunity. Chest, shoulders and back are a real mess now but still a decent session all in all, gym session that is .

Legs yesterday:

Light leg ext and leg curls to warm legs up

Squats

100k x 10
120k x 5
80k x 12

All done with less than a minutes rest between sets, had another 2 reps in me on the 120k but was going more for stimulation in quads and if I really pushed it then it would mean bringing my lower back into it.

SLDL

80x 14

Leg ext

Various weights all to failure

Seated calf raise

45k to failure twice.

Got some heavy DOMS in hams and calves this morning along with a nice pleasent feeling in quads where, when tensed, I can feel they have been worked without the soreness of that seems to be in back of leg.

All squats were very deep and could really feel quads burning.

Did shoulders yesterday

30k seated dbell press for 8 reps with no spot, prob the most stimulating shoulder set I have ever done.

17.5k dbells to failure

various laterals to failure then 20 mins cardio and stretching.

Went out last night for a workmates leaving do and had a brilliant time, my mates supplier gave him 2g of sniff for nothing as he's a long time customer and brings plenty of trade his way, allied to the pocket full I had and 10 skibbas between us it was turned into a brilliant night until I met my lady friend, ( see 2 posts up for ref), who decided to go full on psyco at some of our workmates. Then instead of going to the hard house night as planned 20 people had to run around the city centre lookin for her as she was threatening to top herself. Ruined one of the, potentialy, best night of the year. So we're gonna go for a re-run next saturday minus her!

Lol you certainly pick your women mate.I noticed you was using prozac, how does the come down off coke affect your mood if you have depression issues.I know from my druggie days coke and billy used to leave me virtually suicidal sometimes, not so much coke but wizz for sure.Still got a fair amount of ebbie jebbies from coke though.
Youve got great mass on your legs mate. Are you getting a fair amount of fruit and veg into your diet as these can aid the metabolic process.

Coke is fine, all the buzzes and issues done with on the same night. Even though the quality of the drug is less consistant nowadays I still rate it as the best rec drug as, unless you really caine it, there is no come down or head problems for the next week. MDMA gives me the best buzz and no come down but if I take it on a saturday then come weds my head is a mess and I'm double dropping Prozac for 3 or 4 days.

Thank you for comments on legs Stef! Eat plenty of veggies but will defo start banging more fruit down.

Met up with the lady friend last night, went for a meal and talked about stuff. Going to the docs with her tomorrow morning as she obviously has some underlying issues that need addressing.

Ive had some good nights on mdma and headfvck was to a minimum as you say but ive always found what goes up must come down.I hope i'm not being forward in suggesting that maybe if the reccies went then possibly the need for prozac might go too.
Good luck at the doctors.

Dcid back today

underhand grip pulldowns, 3/4 of stack to failure twice, then did lighter set.

Hammer Strength seated row, 40k on each arm to failure twice then 30k on each arm.

Very light straight arm lat pulldowns

bbell shrugs with 100k for 5-6 reps

bbell curls, 45k for 3 "normal reps" then 2 forced negatives, then went down to 15k bbell for 5 more reps.

Stretching

Didn't get to the docs as she reacons she had no sleep last night so if making up for it now..............hmmmm........I really shouldn't be with her as she does seem to be rather unstable but I guess we can't help who we fall for.

Chest today

Felt strong so got a pair of 40k's and did 3 clean reps with them.

30k's x10

15k dbell flyes, 2 sets to failure

Tricep pushdowns to failure twice with the stack

10 mins cardio as was pushed for time and deep stretching.

Decent session, had a quick chat with a real big lad who gave me a few pointers on elbow position during flyes which worked wonders. Nose feels like it's been shagged by a donkey, dunno what was in that sniff and although it gave me a good buzz it's taking it's time clearing out my system.

What was the tip on elbow position mate???

Hello mate, he said to keep elbows and forearms tilted back a touch as to many people hold the dbells straight up asthough they were going to press them. Hard to describe on here without a picture, I have tried to do something on PAINT but it looks like a 4 yr old has drawn it so I am not going to humiliate myself by posting it. But the tip works, really slams all the stress onto pecs, nothing felt through delts.

Legs today:

100k squats X 11
60k x 15

hack squats

40k to failure
unweighted to failure, super slow.

Seated leg curls

Started at 13 bricks then dropped down to 9 bricks to failure

Standing calve raise

13 bricks to failure

9 bricks for 8 reps then some deep stretching and toe pressing from floor, from a routine James posted years back.

Really good session, amazing pump from all exercises infact the 60k squat set may be the best set I have done...........EVER.

Had a massive wake up call last night. Went out with GF and even tho only had 4 drinks and no sniff I found myself really out of breath most the evening. It happens all the time due to my high bodyweight for my frame and I NEED to get down to the mid 13's for the sake of my health as there is a history of heart disease in my family, it was what killed my old man. I can't walk around at nearly 17 stone any longer as as well as the health risks none of my clothes fit me any more!

Shoulders:

Smith machine presses, chair completely vertical: 60k x 10 then dropped to 40k twice to almost failure

Behind the back cable laterals suppersetted with cable upright rows done twice.

20 mins x-trainer then stretching.

The revoloution has begun!

My first goals are to improve cardio fitness and make food portions smaller as even though most of what I eat is ok battering 5 boxex of oatibix mini's a week for brekkie isn't good!

Back:

Underhand bbell rows

80k x 10
85k x 7

Seated cable rows

Various weights drop=setted to failure

Deads

140k x 5

Cable curls

12 bricks to failure then dropped to 7 and went to failure again.

20 mins x-trainer then stretching.

Those deads were haaaaaard! Have done 11 reps with same weight earlier in year but doing them last and on reduced calories was a different experience! Felt every exercise where it needed to be felt, cardio is definatly blowing cobwebs away, feeling much better after just 3 days!

Chest:

Dbell flyes: 27.5 x 6
Dbell press: 30 x 8
Dbell flyes: 15k to failure

Tris:

Heavy cable pushdowns

2 sets to failure

20 mins cardio then stretching.

Good session although the heavy flyes were partialy ruined by over zealous spotter so cannot take those 6 reps as gospel. Feeling much healthier now and home life is settled.

Just got to deal with some b!tch at work who seemingly has a grudge against me. Oh well should make this afternoon go quicker!

Working all day tomorrow overtime then going out for meal with bird at night. No alcohol or sniff shall pass my mouth or nose.........or anywhere else for that matter
