Has any one got any advice on carb loading and carb depleting?

Also how should I work my water for the last week of my contest prep?

Thanks

Is this your first comp? Have you tried doing a deplete and load previously?

Just that if you are just a week out now, I'd be concerned about ****ing up a carb up at the last minute, as it can go horribly wrong. Water only needs manipulating if you are properly ripped, and again, needs to be done carefully to avoid errors.

No am 2weeks out and yea its my first contest. Tried a Metabolic diet a few weeks back that seemed to work really well.

Just keep the water fine up until the last day and not drink anythin sort of thing?

Thanks.

That really helps for the water and vitamin c etc. Is there anythin that may help a little more with the diet. I'm looking for a quite detailed diet for the last 6-7days until my contest.

Cheers
