Hi all, "mora i got a tennis match/hit with ciuple of lads from work, I use to be a tennis coach and play at a high level as a Jr. 2mora we all have the day off so getting together for a game, The level wont be intense ( there Arvg players ) but will still be a run around i also have a weight session that day, Im just checking im fule-ing both sessions right:

5am - Wake - 100g Oats 50g Whey in Mlik Shake.

7.00am - Chicken Wholemeal Pasta veg

8.00am - Shake & Train ( Drink half b4 and sip through out Whey Dex mix )

9.00 am - PWO - Whey / Dex Shake.

10.00am - Chicken and Egg omlet / 100g oats

12.00 - Play tennis 1hour - 2hour

After - Now should i have ? Do i want Rpaid or slow asorbion(sp!) Im guessing a Whey / Dex Shake after tennis, then 1 hour after that a slow release meal like oats and chicken or whole meal pasta and beef etc?

Its the after bit im 100% Sure on

sounds okay man, tennis as a one off won't do much harm. I'd bring some bananas to eat while playing though as there is a two hour gap from your last meal
