MTmeber rightyho uses this technique.

its often used in HIT training (High intensity training)

its also something that dorian yates used and obviously had success with

i think the idea behind this is to go deep into failure, you'll need a spotter for sure

i have used RP, drop sets and rate them very highly

being advanced techniques, it's very easy to go very wrong and hinder your progress if you're using them without an advanced appreciation of your body, training, and goals. until then i fail to see why progressive overload will works just as well, if not better. when you reach a limit, think about them then.

Can be good, but as very intense I would lower my volume. especially as you got quite high volume beefy.

Though I can do rest pause a slight bit on deadlifts and squats. More just to catch my breath. rather than pause.

be reading about it and had ago yest, i quite like it. its surposed to push your muscle to muscle failure instead of going to latic acid failure which you get when doing basic 8 rep, 3 sets.
what in going to do i do my 8 rep 3 sets, but also add rest pause training in on a few excerises, and maybe do 2 sets of it.

spotter wont be a prob as im quite friendly with people at my gym,

looking forward to doing back and rear delts later
