Hi, all. I’m fairy new to all this and just after a bit of advice. I decided to get healthy at the beginning of the year so started off with a bit of jogging I am 24, 5’9” tall and when I started I weighed 14st. In March I saw this site and started training using the beginner’s routine. Recently I have moved onto the alternative beginner’s routine. I do 6 fasted cardio jogs for 40min each morning and one days rest. I now weigh 12st 11 and about 17% body fat (using callipers) My diet is as follows. Wake Green tea then cardio. 4 Scrambled eggs (2 yolks) small amount of porridge. 2-3 hours later- tin of mackerel or bit of chicken breast Lunch- Tin of tuna, large salad. 2-3 hours later- tin of mackerel or bit of chicken breast. Evening meal- fresh meat (usually a chop of something less the fat) large serving of mixed green veg. Before bed- 40g whey in water. In addition I have 40g whey in water immediately after weights and some chicken about 45 min after that. I do weights when I can as I work shifts and I drink green tea and plenty of water throughout the day. Oh and the odd choc biscuit every now and again. I also take flax oil in morning and before bed. Recently my weight loss has ground to a halt. My overall aim is to lose some bf. Any help would be appreciated.
