I've never really gone for it with the diet so to speak, but i'm now determined to get a good physique and have realised that diet is highly important. I don't really want to get into all the protein shakes and i'm just wondering if anyone could suggest a quick easy but also nutritious PWO meal?

Milk? Add a little milkshake powder to it?

Banana, bread, oats, Weetabix, rice with any lean meat would be fine.
