i have googled for sometime now and all the routines are far too complicated. 80 per cent of 1RM and the like. i was wondering if anyone could recommend a simple, honest and effective routine, considering all below

I am 24 and have been lifting 5 x 5 for the last 9 months or so. originally i came into this to gain muscle, but all I want now is to become stronger and stronger on the three lifts and nothing else. i want ot be the strongest person in my gym, your gym, their gym

my stats are

11 stone. 5' 8

Deadlift 160 x 5
Squat 125 x 5
Bench 100 x 5

second if anyone could recommend a decent powerlifting site, it'd be greatly appreciated

Who cares? He asked about routines for getting stronger. Sugdenbarbell is a good place to get some ideas as is the Journal section here.
