I drink a lot of fluid throughout the day, water on its own, decaf tea and coffee but I tend to use a lot of squash/cordials. Is this a bad thing?

I've always drunk them and never really thought about what goes into them, not a fizzy drinks lover at all. I tend to buy Robinson's High Juice.

Would it be better to wean them out of my diet?

They are high in sugar, so that should be considered.
Also acidic on the enamel on your teeth.

I drink the sugar free versions, but the dentist told me off about this and said the acid is eroding the enamel on my teeth

Are they the full fat or sugar free ones?

I think even though the high juice's contain more fruit juice overall they still contain added sugar and a good deal of calories with little nutritional benefit.

I drink sugar free squash myself to help keep my water intake high.

Certain things like regular lime cordial though are pretty low in calorie without the sugar free/sweetener version too.
