This is very true. Everyone who lifts can learn something from anyone else.

Truer words have never been spoken !! (or typed)

This is one thing that annoys me when the subject of whether or not certain peoples opinions are "valid" arises ,

I have learned stuff from my kids FFS !! (not about lifting - but other things)

One of the saddest thing about the Guru / Pupils thing that we see on internet forums , is both the Guru (through being wrapped up in their own wisdom ) and the pupils (through being so far up the Guru's backside ) shut themselves off from many potential sources of education by looking down their noses at them

Nice vid and as I`ve said in the past, underneath the bit of fat in Fat Pete there`s a damn fine figure of a man fighting to get out.

ps I admit I found the ad below for `chubby gay dating`quite funny and ironic, no doubt because of the word `Fat` .

Think its a steak and kidney and a meat and potato pie per hour, with sauces at your discretion. I have heard he's not a fan of Hollands though, i recall Dawsons (?) pies but i could be wrong...

This comes under the heading of fun and there is no charge made.

Please don't overestimate what I actually know, I have a sound working knowledge of this stuff but I am by no means an authority.

Many people have made many kind remarks and comments in this thread, and I am both flattered and humbled by them. I thank you all for them

But for the record - I am fat

I am a fan of all pies. Dawsons (your memory does you credit) is a small one off shop which makes and sells it's own, award winning pies, and which I have the extreme good fortune to live about three hundred yards away from
