| Incredible Bulk -> RE: BB Row and lower back (Apr. 29 2008 8:48:42) | you lower back is a weak link in terms of muscle build/strength/endurance.... when you perform any exercise, you will feel it first in the weakest muscle group used in the motion. in bent rows you feel it more in your lower back which indicates the above. its normal [:)] keep it up, bent rows is a great exercise, as you progress with your deadlifts and lower back development you will feel it more in your upper back as the 'weak links' shift [;)][:)] |
