sorry if this has already been answered, i had a quick search with no joy and need to go to work.

i cant really separate my cardio from my weights, i understand its best to do weights before cardio but what should i do about eating before a workout, as i know its best to have an empty stomach for cardio but need a little fuel for weights, whats the best thing to do
Thanks.

oh, and how much less effective is cardio after weights than doing on either separate days of on a morning?

I wouldn't do weights and cardio on the same day mate as they like cancel each other out or something like that. Before a workout depends, you need to make sure you've got some decent carbs in you and a small bit of protein won't really go to miss. If you have an empty stomach for cardio then your cardio will target your fat/muscle which means bulk will be harder.

have protien befor your cardeo if you need to burn fat and not to burn muscle,
or if you dont need to burn nothing then fule up with carbs and protien as you will still get fit and not waist you size, have a pwo drink with carbs in it and a banana will be good,
you can do both on the same day when i was bulkin i done cardeo morning 2 times a week and weights 3 times a week and no problem when they overlaped.

this is mo :)
