5 ft 10 inches
79kg
Body fat = 24%

Diet

0630 2 weetabix + milk
30g whey protein in water
3 fish oil caps
1 multi vit
1 1000mg vit C tab

1000 100g sliced chicken
2 oatcakes
Fruit

1230 140g tuna
2 oatcakes
Fruit

1500 100g sliced chicken
2 oatcakes
Fruit

1700 1 oatcake

1730 train

1830 60g whey protein in water (weights days only)

1930 100g steak or salmon
50g mixed veg

2200 2 fish oil caps
Sleep

Kcal = around 2000 on weights days
Around 1800 on non weights days

Training

3 day split Mon/Wed/Fri

AM SSCV Mon/Wed/Fri (cycling 30-45 mins)

HIIT Tues @ Gym (20-30 mins)

Five a side football Thursday PM (50 mins)

I do wish that people would specify what's in their fish oil capsules as there are several different strengths. As it happens, you don't need them as you are eating salmon (how many times a week?).

At what rate are you losing weight (ignoring the 1st week of glycogen & water loss)?
