Hey guys, Im new here to MT and have only just started training, been goin for bout 2 months now. I am looking go gain some muscle but dont really need/want to gain weight im currenlty 12st 5, and 5ft 11. What is the best way to bulk up, gain weight then cut up and strip the fat or strip the fat n build the muscle? Also whats the best and most effective product for good muscle gains? Thanks rastell

Thanks, yeah thats what im starting to do now! Work 2-3 groups per work out. Yes i am on about drink after, i was taking prograin but that has high levels of carbs ive just finished my first tub, n i can see some reasonable gains. Im now starting to use cyclone as it has less carbs. Whens best to take the drinks, morning, after work out and eve? Thanks rastell
