Any opinions on Sesame Snaps as a snack? I tend to eat them as an alternative to biscuits, cereal bars etc. Does the high sugar content out weigh the nutrtional value of the sesame seeds? Thanks Sam

Sorry Good or bad for a cleanish bulk - bearing in mind I am currently eating a 30g pack per day. Would I be better off seeking out a 'healthier' snack to have with my morning cuppa? Hope that's enough info. to make a judgement. Sam

Well, there is still goodness in the seeds, but they are really high sugar. Unless you really don't care how much sugar you are eating, you are better to just eat the seeds. If you love seeds try my soy seed mix: http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_2405570/mpage_1/key_sesame/tm.htm#2405570

Whether or not you gain too much body-fat depends on whether or not you gain weight too quickly. Would I be better off seeking out a 'healthier' snack to have with my morning cuppa? Probably not. Hope that's enough info. to make a judgement. Sam

Tbh, your comparing biscuits(also high in sugar) to sesame seeds in hard syrup. Personally, id avoid both on a cut (they're fairly empty, unsatisfying calories) but they do taste amazing. IN the longterm, it wont hurt you - Its perhaps ~100kcal treat, plus your bulking and that phase should include some fun or you'll go crazy.
