It might be the exams and the honours project but lately ive noticed ive been having some moody changes, which is unusual for me.. getting angry and worked up for absolutely no reason, i dont know if its worth mentioning; i havent been to the gym in a good few weeks due to my dissertation - n i hate not going, i made myself go last week dispite being busy n it not being a good idea, i ended up nearly killing myself through exhaustion, i sat in the gyms cafe area after for around 20minutes after as i thought i going to faint. Theres not much i can do at the moment, i finish uni next week and i have an interview on wednesday for a job so i was wondering what little things you guys do to get yourself out of this sort of problem? Last sunday was amazing weather and i sat on a step in the sun eating a sandwich, it did cheer me up a bit since it was so nice but it kinda sucked as i had burgers and kebabs in my bag that needed to be in the fridge asap.
