Hi Rob

When you say a beach body do you mean large or ripped?
In 7 weeks with some good solid CV work, a well planned diet and hitting the weights you should be able to cut back some fat and increase the visible size of your muscles.

Some more information on your diet, current training (if any) access to gym or equipment and your goal would help.

hi,
ok i would like to be more ripped,i can go to the gym on a monday and friday and i also have free weights at home that i could use on a third day say wednesday.
to be honest my current training consists of going gym with my mate and just going on random weight machines for example pec dec etc i would like to get into a proper routine( and see quick gains lol).
my diet is as follows

breakfast= bowl of porridge made with skimmed milk+raisins and a cup of coffee
lunch=2 whole meal cobs/baps/buns filled with 1 tin of tuna mixed with extra light mayo and red onion
dinner= 1 chicken breast or steak with veg(normally carrotts,green beans,peas and sweetcorn

i have 5 pieces of friut aswell=1 satsuma
2 apples
1 banana
1 orange

i also drink as muck water as i can

thanks

Your diet needs a lot of work, I suggest looking in the diet section for the best advice but as a basic rundown:-

eat ever 2-3 hours
include protein with all meals
try to stick to slow acting carbs

Training wise what equipment do you have at home as this would alter my routine advice based on what you can do effectively with them.

As you are aiming to appear more ripped I would start with unfuelled am cardio, stripping the fat will make any muscle growth more defined.

I dont see any point really wieght training for 7 weeks then leaving it, do weight training but only if you continue with it when you get back, casue lets be realistic you wont gain that much visible muscle in 7 weeks, building muscle a full time job, takes commitment etc

But no doubt a ripped look it possible in 7 weeks depending on your current weight, BF% etc

Post up pics then poeple ont he forum can tell you if you could realistically get ripped in 7 weeks.

3-4 days a week full body workout.

Cut carbs down just use them during morning meal and befor and after workout.

Take the crap out your diet, reduce portion size.

Tbh in 7 weeks unless your genetically gifted or 100% dedicated with every last detail nailed your not going to see much of a result.

7 weeks isnt enough time to really add any muscle, but you could trim any excess fat, which gives the appearance of more muscle.

get your diet sorted, cardio sorted and weights routine sorted.
