Sorry about this guys, but i'm a little confused. It's another guess the bodyfat percentage post. Judging from other posts, I think I am a little optimistic in guessing my bodyfat to be 17%, yet I am 177 lbs or 80kgs. Lets say I am 20% bodyfat, that means I have a lean mass of 64kg and thats sounds a little light for my bodyshape(granted I am carrying a layer of cold weather protection, which sounds better than fat )

I can't upload pics yet but here is a link to some.

and it is the buttons on my boxers, i'm not getting excited about taking pictures of myself.

Sorry about posting pictures, not the most attractive body, but i'm getting their slowly, lost 4 lb's in last 2 weeks. I just want to know about what I am.

Cheers,

Dave

So do you guys think I should maybe start on a bulking cycle? The one thing that I was tring to get rid of is the sides of my waist. I was hoping to get a slim waist then start bulking, that was my thought. The old love handles aren't the most attractive part.

this is something you need to decide your self. do you want to lose fat or gain muscle at the moment?

Well, I'm looking to be a lean 13 stone, maybe 13 and half. So, not neccesarily 6 pack BF%, but not so much of the bulges. Been there, was 15 stone 5 lb's and hated it. So maybe look to gain 1 lb a week for 14 weeks, then start to cut again?

And I am hoping to quit smoking soon...
